My Story

When I was 13 years old, my interest in web design started to develop. I just wanted to create awesome websites for my clan in a PC game called America's Army Operations. This interest in web design led me to design graphics in Adobe Photoshop and building custom websites with Adobe Dreamweaver (we all started somewhere right?).
Anyway, fast-forward about seven years, I am taking my first college courses in web design. That same year, I found out I was going to be a daddy. My education had to be put on hold. Skip forward two years. I decided to go back to school now that my daughter was a little older. Of course, I find out I am having another child. Needless to say, attempt number two was unsuccessful. I quit school after that semester so that I could work full time and take care of my family. Five years later, I lost my job. I took that as a sign that it was time to go back to school.
In 2019, I graduated with an Associate's in Applied Technology. After graduating from community college, I transferred to Washington State University Vancouver where I Majored in Digital Technology and Culture and minored in Management Information Systems. In May of 2022, I proudly graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor's degree.
